1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Once the artwork is shipped or production has started, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive the wrong artwork
• To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Order details
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or personalized paintings
• Items purchased during sale or special offers

4. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
